It would be awesome to have this in the websites settings area and export area.

The robots.txt document can be really simple or remarkably complex, so this would be tricky to implement, but in theory it might be possible to export by following the page setting index options. That could also include reference to the sitemap location as well.
Thats what my old website maker Mobirise it had simple robots.txt option. To reference the sitemap.
