Hello everyone,
just a simple question :
how can I get the scroll FX effect only when scrolling down?
I don’t want the effect to “revert” when I am scrolling up the page.

Instead of using the Scroll FX section of the right side panel, use the Animation section.
Well, that’s not really the same effect.
Animation is kinda binary, there is no transition.
No but it provides options for once only on scroll.
Beyond the default options in Blocs, there is the excellent Bric made by @Whittfield
