Hey to all code specialists
I am now transforming some old pages from blocs 2 into the fabulous 3 version.
Using th classes from v 2 works fine also in v 3.

I only would like to know @Norm if they are uptodate in Bootsrap 4 or are there new ones fitting better for the result below?
I don’t really understand your question. It sounds like it’s working for you. If that’s the case why change classes at all?
Thank you so much @Whittfield for stepping in!
I only want to be sure if I can use these classes (used in blocs v2 bootstrap 3) also in blocs v3 with bootstrap 4. Maybe there are New classes more uptodate in bootstrap 4.
Sorry, being a German I might be embarrassingly accurat.
I’m limited in what I can help with right now because I’m at work, but I can say that Blocs 3 is definitely using Bootstrap 4. I assume the menu is structured like the Bootstrap Docs.
You can read up on those classes here. Dropdowns · Bootstrap
Hope this helps.
Sorry bothering and thanks again.
I have been on that site but do not find answers.
Being a non coder Ilove blocs, only the full potential might never come my way due to all these hidden classes @Norm.
Thanks Whitfield and warm greetings from cologne
This is were I got confused.
Using th classes from v 2 works fine also in v 3.
You mention “works fine in also in v 3”.
I only would like to know @Norm if they are uptodate in Bootsrap 4 or are there new ones fitting better for the result below?
There’s nothing new you need to know here.
- What you have is fine and will continue to work in Blocs 3 which seems to be the point.
- If it’s not working then post a link. But since it is I think you should just keep moving forward!
Hope this helps.
This is exactly what I ment.
Thank you so much, you made me going back to work.
Funny thing is, if I apply these classes, they disapear after a blocs restart. But this is another isssue…
Thanks for yor confirmation that old classes still do.
Funny btw: you look so alike to my brother in law (Now San Diego - grown up in Washington DC).
Cool, I have a doppelganger out there!
As for the disappearing classes, I will need to check it out, but you shouldn’t have to add those. They are a part of the markup, I assume. I’ll have to confirm when I can though…
No worries, there is no „Orphan Black“
The subclass section of blocs does not show any of them (Pitty).
Anyhow, thanks to your help I refreshed my Energy working on www.bluecruise.org.
Would have loved to have Norm in this conversation, although its little compared to his main Projekts.
Ps: „Doppelgänger“ is the German Origin.
