Stange problem with contact form fields

Having problems with the Type drop down and Send To getting jumbled up. Here is a screen shot.

P.S. The contact form is in a modal, but seems to happen everywhere.

I think this is a small bug in the application - don’t know if it’s been reported yet, but I see the same thing. It doesn’t affect the field so you can use it as normal. I guess it will be fixed in a future release.
