Sticky Bloc 0 In background

I have set Bloc 0 (a menu) to sticky.

When I scroll, all other blocs are in front of bloc 0.

How can I make bloc 0 come and stay in the front and all other blocs scroll behind it?

Hi,

Don’t forget to set a color of your sticky Bloc background.
By default, it’s transparent.
