How could you get a text-only “carousel” like in the screenshot?

Lots of people asking about sliders, carousels again - I have noted a desperate need for a bric on this, but developers have projects on at the moment, But for now it’s a little long winded way but @Eldar did a great video covering this on his channel. Below is the link.
I think the mindset is to create it out of the carousel and sneak it in the back door! But it does work. Eldar shows it perfectly.
@Norm - is it possible for a slider, or updated carousel to be brought into blocs as a lot of questions are being asked all the time on this? Cheers Norm.
