Unable to complete activation

Hi, I am looking for some help with installing blocs 3.5.3 on Catalina 10.15.6. I have a blocs 3 license.

But when I try to register my copy of Blocs I get the error ‘Specifies that we were unable to complete the activation of the product.’ I am unable to register blocs 3.

I assume this is to do with Catalina’s security restrictions. Any guidance on how to resolve?

I take it you are making sure the email you are using is the one your originally registered with?
