Am I somehow wrong, it was possible in previous Blocs versions to publish only the changes and not always the whole project?
For larger projects, it always takes a very long time.

You still can, but it won’t work on FTP has to be SFTP, check that you are using that, that is probably the reason you can’t select it.
Oh, so that only works with SFTP, I have to activate it on the server first, but then it’s safe.
