Where's my new serial number?

So I bought the upgrade from Blocs 3 to 4 on November 26, the payment went through, but no new serial number. Shouldn’t I have received it by now? In the past I was sent it almost immediately.

Anyone else have this problem?

Hi @jamsk, You should have received your serial instantly in you mailbox. Either the email landed in spam or you made a typo in your email. Please contact @Norm here as he will need your email address.

Hello… same problem here, purchased at the weekend and haven’t received an email yet - tried the form online to look it up too, but also never received a mailing from that (although I’m clearly getting the ones from the forum)

I submitted bug report with a screenshot of the PayPal receipt and someone from support got back to me with a serial number. I think the problem was the interaction with the Paddle site.
