I don’t know how set bloc width in desktop mode and font size.

From what you said, I would think you would need to use custom classes in Blocs.

There are some additional videos and documents you should be able to find from there. Bloc’s currently doesn’t offer using REM as a unit yet. The 4.25 REM should be about 60px (59.5).
