I do have Blocs 6.4 and I’m into a problem with forms. As I get the subscribers email in the form it is not possible to give them an automatic acknowledgment and I want to. I’m using the standard solution with PHP not SMTP. Do somebody have an answer to this?
Maybe you can create an auto reply on the account you are sending the mails, if it’s your personal mail, create a new one with an auto reply filter and a forward action to your account.

This is not a feature of Blocs, but as @chicuelo mentioned, most hosting providers have a basic auto responder that you can assign to an inbox.
