I am still in the learning process how to get .js working in blocs. I see from the source view you added the bootstrap-datepicker_de.min.js file, but I can not figure out how you added the data-custom-classes=“input-field-date” part.
with a html widget or within blocs field definition?
I wish Blocs has some tutorials how do to .js in Blocs adding scripts like that.

@rwimmer Hi richard,
First I made all the fields there where the should be, to have my form designed
-export project,
-check the source code and copied the part that should be edit later,
-then go back to my blocs project,
-delete the fields wanted to be edit,
-place a HTML bric
-copy the code from the source, INTO this NEW htm bric
everything should work normal and NOW you can add things by HAND, and add what every you want
BUT, you must understand what you are doing, Blocs is created NOT to hand code anything, so its tricky
