Currently, I don’t use the Claude AI with Blocs together. (I wish I could!) I do use some features when creating the Design System in Claude Design, but I wish there was a way to use my Minimalist Library for Blocs with Claude (or other AI agents). Essentially, I would love to create something like Relume AI Website Builder for Blocs, but I don’t think it’s possible because AI can’t work with .BLOC files.

Point your backup to your iCloud drive this works for other apps (very large files) i have.

I have also had similar experiences. The option is to either pull the file from history via Apple TimeMachine or once in a while make a duplicate BLOCS file - Project_2.3_backup.bloc
