I’m going to assume you meant an RSS feed?
In this case you could use Blocs Plus to create a WordPress theme.
WordPress has the RSS function on board by default. You can then just link towards https://yourdomain/feed (example: Brecht Ryckaert)
There’s also the amazing Volt CMS by @Jannis, which should have RSS generation when you are using the Volt Blog module (as I found here: Create RSS feed - #3 by Jannis)
