@Jerry, so it’s not me, it’s Blocs. LOL
I did exactly what you did and I have no control of any setting.
I tried this is Beta7 and the last good release. Here is exacted what I did…
Made a new project. Added a Bloc. Added an Icon.
Tried to just change the color on the side bar. Not working.
Made a custom class. Click on Text assets.
Tried to change the size. Not working
Tried to just change the color. Not working

Once, I do get this work can I stretch the arrow in order the make it longer?

Because you’re using the class .rotate in the page footer CSS and the class: .rotate-n in the class editor. Both need to be the same.

You can see, even though, I made .rotate the class name to match the style it still does not work

Remove the green color (#7fff00) from the inspector and run preview/browser view. Any degree changes will not show up on the design canvas.
