Section 'on the bias'

I’ve seen few examples of Blocs sites where the sections are ‘cut on the bias’; the dividing line between two sections with different background colours and/or image is on a diagonal path, not perfectly level. Is that effect created directly in Blocs and if so, how?

At present you have to do this via some css in the page header. We had a thread about it earlier this year.

Also, I’m pretty sure Eldar did a YouTube movie on this, using png’s in blocs for it.

In your reply on the thread that you linked, you posted the following CSS:

My knowledge of CSS is very basic (but I am trying to learn as much as I can). I presume the code targets all sections. Is it possible to add the ‘slice’ to only specified sections with CSS?

It only applies where you put the class.
