Snowflakes

Well, I wouldn’t even waste one minute to work on a free snowflake bric. And if I had 5 minutes I would definitely not spend it on creating a snowflake bric. Not doing anything for 5 minutes is timewise better spent :rofl:.

If I get a spare 5 minutes, I’ll try to update my old snowflake bric.

Sure :slight_smile: That’s your opinion :v:

Props to @PeteSharp for the submitted example :raised_hands:

P.S. For those interested, took roughly 25 mins to make it and upload.

No fancy tickboxes though :rofl:

I learned that the South of the UK is already covered in snow. This Bric does some magic :snowman_with_snow: :snowboarder: :skier:

Thanks for a Winter Wonderland.

I like genuine :smiling_face:

I don’t understand this function clearly, but I think it increases reliability.

This is a helpful note to inform users, like yourself, that the Bric has an attachment added to your project or page attachments to make it function.

If this required attachment is missing, it will turn red and allow you to fix with a click.

It does indeed make the Bric experience more reliable and less frustrating when problems arise.

For anyone who wants to give his website visitors a fancy checkbox option to toggle his snowflakes, I’ve written a little script. :grin: :desert_island:

Step 1:
Add a checkbox to your website and give it an ID #snowtoggle

Step 2:
Add the class: .hide-snowflakes to the class manager and set display to none

Step 3:
Add this script to your project footer:

<script>
document.getElementById('snowtoggle').addEventListener('change', function() {
    const snowflakes = document.querySelectorAll('.snowflake');
    snowflakes.forEach(snowflake => {
        if (this.checked) {
            snowflake.classList.remove('hide-snowflakes');
        } else {
            snowflake.classList.add('hide-snowflakes');
        }
    });
});
</script>

Step 4:
Your website visitors will be thankful :grin:

I don’t fully understand the content, but I feel that it involves error detection, relinking, etc. I have a reduced sense of anxiety.
