Thinking about switching from RW to Blocs

Hi!

I am frankly very concerned about RW & really feel for Isaiah & the developers such as Adam (Foundry), Joe & others.

It seems that there will be a split:

Either people will go with RW to version 9 etc; or
People will leave RW, stay with 8 & use Stacks.

This split cannot be good for customers.

Blocs is based on a framework Bootstrap (like Adam from RW) & one of the most popular framework. @Norm is friendly, supportive & listens.
The community is wonderful!

I have spent a fortune on RW & feel very let down.

It’s about choice & what you feel is good for you. If you go with Blocs, I don’t think you will regret the move.

One key point though with Blocs is that if we have an issue we pretty much know who to contact. When using RW, you have the main app, the Stacks plugin and stacks from 3rd party developers, plus a framework. That is an awful lot of reliance on disparate groups that may be compromised or undermined in different ways. I recall a lot of finger pointing and blame shifting when things didn’t work

An excellent point. I found this to be a problem when I was considering RW and stacks, AND after I purchased, it was a nightmare.
