A couple of questions about icons

  1. I don’t seem to be able to place an icon inline,
eg an icon within a paragraph, or an icon in a text link

  2. Creating a list with icons instead of bullets

Is there a way to do these?

Hi @simonclay

I did this once where i needed to put an icon in a sentence once, and I am sure i did this by doing a space after the word i wanted the icon to be and then created SPAN, and then named the span class icon or whatever and then I added another class inside this - and this class would be the font awesome code. It did work.

I tend to use for for icons instead of bullets - the Icon Heading Bric. Just find it simple to do the text and icons.

Thanks very much for the tip about the span Adie, I’ll give it a try.

For the icon list the Icon Headers would work, but my bullet points wrap onto new lines and so don’t have the indent alignment.

PS: like the image! :volleyball:

Inside of sentences I would recommend using emoji or text symbols.

Good point @Norm , I agree …I had to do a copyright icon and tried doing it as an icon originally….noticed some devices it moved around a little. Then found it from the keyboard shortcut symbols or whatever you call them and BOOM was perfect!
