Check out the latest beta, you can duplicate and copy and paste multiple pages. Still working on a few quirks (duplicated and pasted pages don’t get inserted under the selection, but i’ll fix that up).
Anyway, Blocs is no longer as limited 
P.S. Multiple project support coming later this year, so you will be able to copy and paste pages between projects too
