There is no global setting for changing the delay of the tooltips for the blocs app UI.
I was going to make a post here about having the colour names show as tooltips when using the smaller inspector panels rather than the Colour Manager, but then a tooltip appear where I’d left my mouse. It would be great to be able to reduce the time it takes for the Blocs App to show the tooltips, especially when learning, or in special cases like the colour inspector panels. My palette has several shades that are close to each other, so the naming really helps.
Likewise, the ability to set the tooltip time on elements on our websites would be helpful too. The current UI allows for position and text but not delay.
