Adding/changing Breakpoints

I want to fix this problem and not sure of the best way apart from adding or changing the breakpoints

Can you alter the margins left and right by a percentage as opposed to a fixed width?

Also what I have done in the past is create the section for that breakpoint with a taller section of that image.

And the final thing I would do it make the font a little smaller on the smaller breakpoints - and make the header smaller too on the smaller breakpoints.

Keep playing around.
