I have an SVG (2550px size: 256kb) of this. Can I use it in all breakpoints? If so do I use Inline SVG?

Only used SVGs a few times, but I have just treated them the same as an image - create a class and size it across breakpoints.
Yours is just text? can’t you just create the text if you get your clients font?
Nice of your to reply. I cannot make the same the large barely visible outer glow. When you zoom in you can see there is a gradient effect.
You need to stack multiple filters to have a smooth gradient with slightly different settings.
If this is a heading you want it to be text for SEO.
256kb is a waste of load time for a small heading.
