Adding Wordpress Retrospectively

Hi, is it possible to add Wordpress functionality to a website once it’s been built, and is this relatively straightforward?

You can take a basic design, such as colours, text styles and some other parts, then turn that into a WordPress theme. From there you have to add text, images and plus through WordPress.

You cannot take an existing Blocs site, then flick a switch and make it WordPress.
