Been awhile since I’ve posted anything here. Blocs is my go-to app for building websites by hand. However I also have the latest version from a competitor (BSS), and while Blocs is waaaay better (in so many ways), there is one thing in the competitions editor that is just blowing me away. They now have and “AI Assistant”, and it’s awesome.
For example: “Build an image gallery. Populate it with images that have the name “myimage-xxx”. etc. etc.
Done.
And then I can tweak it: “increase padding between thumbnails to 30px, give the thumbnails 24px rounded corners, etc ….”
Done. crazy stuff!
All I had to do is get a free API-Key from Gemini and add the key in the App. OpenAi and Anthropic keys are also accepted.
So … my wish for Blocs: add something like this. It saves so much time
