Assets Not Showing Up

I’m so frustrated…

I’m having an issue with all Assets disappearing from my existing sites. It all started with the v6 upgrade, so I decided to revert to v5. That seemed to work for a while, but now, not a single asset shows up in the Asset Manager in either version of Blocs. However, when I preview a site or export one, everything looks just fine. I’m at a loss as to what I’m creating in the editor. Even creating a new site doesn’t allow me to add assets.

I know this has been discussed before, and I’ve checked the forum and tried all the suggested solutions I could find without success. Can someone please point me in the right direction or let me know if I’m missing something? I’d really appreciate it!

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with Assets not showing in Blocs.

The most common causes of this are the following.

• Blocs is not run from the application folder.
• Blocs has limited permissions and requires fresh install (sometimes happens after an update).
• Blocs is running on a Mac with an additional internal HD, Blocs needs to be run from the same HD as the OS.
• There is limited space on the Mac for the assets to be generated when a Blocs project is open.

Anything here stand out?

Also are you using a linked asset workflow or an embedded one?
