Banner Size Question

I have been playing with Wordpress lately and it is very simple to set a minimum height (PX, VH, or VW).

I assume i need to make a custom class, as all I see in the interface is several options… Is that the correct direction (create a custom class and adjust to my liking)?

Yes a custom class.

In my opinion it save any confusion later as you build your website if you don’t mix side panel styles and custom classes. In saying that everyone develops their own workflow.
