To create slider in your wrodpress website, you can use Depicter plugin. It is free and easy to use. After adding and activating plugin, you can add first slider, choose its template and then duplicate this slider. You can manage, reorder these sliders. And then you can publish it.

You don’t need a plugin, just use the slider built in to Blocs. That should work just fine.

You can use a plugin if you want, but it isn’t necessary. The native Blocs slider works great in Wordpress.
