Blocs for iPad Losing LocalHost after Saving Project

I’m sure I’m missing something simple, but I’m stumped. I can open Blocs for iPad, pick blank template, add image, and preview. Sometime LocalHost doesn’t work, but clearing cache fixes this. Going back to Blocs, save project, and try to preview again. LocalHost doesn’t work and clearing cache doesn’t help, error stating it cannot connect to server. No other app is open on my iPad so I’m not sure why I’m losing LocalHost using Safari.

If I close the Project and reopen the same project, LocalHost works again.

Using iPad Pro M! 11’ on the latest version iPadOS. Any ideas?

Over 100Gb of space available. The image is local on my iPad too. Thanks for your help.
