Sure you can. You’ll just need internet if you want to publish your site directly from the app.
Wait a minutes what if your assets are hosted in the cloud?
Wouldn’t this only work if your assets a on the drive where Blocs is pointing to on a local drive?
Depends on your project setup, if you host assets in the cloud/server and use Google fonts. Blocs will run offline, but assets may show as broken and fonts will not display correctly.
This is only temporary, once you are reconnected they will appear again.

Yes you can use Blocs without the internet. You can design your website and preview it on your computer, but you will need an internet connection to publish the site or use any online features like maps or external fonts.
