Cannot retrieve License

I have used your site to request payment history and license codes for Blocs 3,4,5 Plus, and received email with those details. However there is no mention of my Blocs 6 Plus license which was purchased on 29 Nov 2024 for £101.86 via Paddle???

Can you help please as I find the whole process of getting access to Paddle terribly frustrating as well as Blocs!!! NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Blocs 6 doesn’t use a license number, this is the first version that uses our new login system for activation management.

Do you need me to send you your login details again?
