Oh, so, seems I got it to work when I selected XS, then changed Width for the column from 0 to something else and back to 0, and then afterwards changing for SM to Width 4 … 
But for the other sidebar settings, like Margin and Padding, are they always applied from top? (Ref. the mentioned Different Sidebar Settings for Paragraph for Different Breakpoints)
