I have (5) columns with icons in a small bar at the bottom of my page right above the header. They fade in as you scroll such that they are at full visibility once they reach the middle of the screen. HOWEVER… I would like to shrink the height of the bar (all 5 columns) so that the whole bar is so small it never reaches the middle of the screen. Hence… they aren’t visible at all because they haven’t faded in.

Goal: I just want them visible. No fading in or out. The whole bar shows but the content (the 5 columns) doesn’t show
