Concern Regarding Recent Add-on Pricing

Dear Team,
I am someone who truly values your work, and I would also like to sincerely thank you for the very good product add-ons you have provided so far. However, at the moment I am both disappointed and upset.
About four days ago, I purchased an add-on from you which was comparatively expensive. Shortly afterwards, several packs were released that are priced much more attractively. As a result, I feel unfairly treated and somewhat taken advantage of.
I therefore kindly ask for an explanation regarding this pricing policy and the short time frame between these releases.
Best regards,
Michael

Hi Michael, sorry to hear that, which add-on have you purchased?

@WebDesignRauen instead of misplaced complaints I suggest you just ask the respective developer to get the bundle for a lower price, because you just purchased the single item :light_bulb:

Don’t be to dismayed — many third party developers use “Blocs” as part of their name but have no direct correlation apart from making third party offerings for Blocs. Blocs as a company does not mandate the prices, sales, etc., for third party developers — instead only for their own custom brics.

Contact any third party developers directly and explain your situation and concerns, hopefully they will be kind in assisting you to resolve your recent pricing concerns.

I generally buy every add-on right at its release – maybe that’s my mistake. However, I find it rather disappointing when shortly afterwards the price is significantly reduced or the add-on is bundled in a discounted package. For loyal customers like me, that leaves a bad aftertaste.
Kind regards

That can certainly be understood.

Though can you specifically explain what Brics or developers you are speaking of?

Most times when prices are reduced or sales occur sellers will honor the difference on cost within a certain time duration and thus correct the cost difference with reimbursement. This is commonly true for both retail and e-commerce.

Have you contacted the seller?

@WebDesignRauen - Sorry to hear that you are disappointed and upset - But I do not think its a fair comment saying you have bought an individual item and when its bundled in a package with lots of other products making it more appealing and saying its unfair…the only thing here is your comment saying its unfair as bundles happen in everything with sales.

You have not been unfairly treated or taken advantage of as the seller has not singled you out or can forecast how people will feel about a package price - but what I do know is all the developers on here are very very fair and a friendly bunch! and I am sure if you contact them then they might go out of their way to accommodate your purchase against the package price as a gesture of good will and this is a might/possible.

Good luck and happy building - ive seen your sites in the past and they have been nice. Look forward to seeing more!

I notice you still haven’t mentioned the product you’re having a problem with. Unless you’re now dealing with it privately.

The lack of a forthcoming answer now has me genuinely curious as well. And I don’t say this with any negativity or animosity toward @WebDesignRauen at all. But that missing info has now become a GREAT MYSTERY and I’m itching to know. :face_with_monocle:

My guess is that if the buyer had approached the seller privately, the matter may have been resolved privately. Even so, I’ve been disappointed too in the past on matters totally unrelated to Blocs and in a spat of emotion I posted in a Public thread prior to taking it private. We all make mistakes.
