I would like to see the inclusion of templates for CSS Grid that can dropped into Blocs and then edited if required. There is another design app due for release that appears to do this very effectively and then there are apps like PineGrow that can do amazing things in this area.

Grid template areas would be a massive game changer in site layouts. And make the current CSS Grid feature more usable. It’s much easier with a visual builder.

Yes it does feel rather neglected and not terribly intuitive in Blocs. I’m seeing other apps making real progress in this area.
