Custom Attributes can be set by selecting the corresponding bloc in Layer Navigator.
However, a menu item (List Item) in dropdown menu generated by using the Menu Manager can not be selected, so I can not add Custom Attributes for such menu items.
How do I add Custom Attributes to a menu item?
Switch off of the data feed (inspector sidebar). You can then create the menu manually and edit each link individually.

Are there any plan to add manual-edit functionality for the menu items of Menu Manager?
Because Menu Manager is very handy and safe to keep organized.
It is great if each item is editable while using Menu Manager.
