Custom open Dropdown menu

Hello guys! I was wondering if it was possible to create a drop drown menu like this one:

I will like also to have same style of the dividers but I just cant make it!
Any thoughts?

Lesson: “Menu - 11. Creating Mega Menus in Blocs” is what you need to do this I think.
