Decimal in min-width and min-height

Addition for decimals in the Class Editor, and other places we can use them for styling.

I’ve added decimal value support for the min/max | width/height fields in the Class Editor in beta 2 of Blocs for Mac 6.3.

Requested, implemented and released within 8hrs
