How can I display related posts using the loop function? After my custom post type content I would like to display other posts with the same category.

WordPress is not really my speciality. Perhaps @Norm or one of the more regular WordPress users can help. If you haven’t checked this already there is quite a lot of information with the video course on theme development using Blocs.

By default, WordPress hasn’t got a functionality to portray related posts. The only way I know of on how to add this, would be via a plugin. For example: Related Posts for WordPress – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
