I have a problem with a project where all the assets have disappeared, not even the default assets I can see.
This affects just this project, not the app or other projects.
I’ll have to make a new one?
Any help on this?

Your question let me think… I think I know what could happen.
I have change the name of the project. Is it possible that it have lost the root within the Application Support folder?
