Do you mean setting up a web server and make it publicly accessible?
There is no advantage when hosting is so cheap. And also no issues with redundancy, backups, uptime, security…. Security (worth repeating).

Well a blocs built site is like any other website once it’s exported.
Needs depends on what it’s using eg PHP.
For example, I can’t install De Spam on it, even if I click the button, nothing happens, the letters are not delivered, even though it says it is.
Six PHP versions are installed and configured. Mail from other sites works perfectly on it, but blockapp does not.
I tried many settings but it doesn’t work. Interesting…
