Edit in LG, MD, MS, XS

Hi everyone !
I made my website using the LG view (1200-992 px). Now I want to edit the MD, SM and XS views so they fit well. But when I change something on MD view, it may change what I did in LG view. Is there a way so the edit I do on a mode won’t change the upper ones ? Exemple: edits on MD won’t change LG but will change MS and XS, edits on MS won’t change MD but will change XS, and edits on XS won’t change any other mode than XS.
I hope I’m clear !

Start with the XS view and work your way up. Blocs and Bootstrap is mobile first.

Isn’t there any way to lock the LG before starting working on XS, and so on?

That’s a very good question/suggestion. I’ve caught myself out a few times with this.

If you have set classes and columns for the LG breakpoint they will stay.

If you haven’t set a column on the LG and set it on a lower one it will apply upwards until it gets to a breakpoint that set.

As mentioned Bootstrap is mobile first.

Ah, I wondered why sometimes the LG breakpoint ‘stuck’ and sometimes disappeared.
