Embedding video problem - vimeo

I’ve done this a million times with an older version of blocs, but for some reason not working with my new blocs 6.47. I’m attempting to embed videos into my project using a vimeo embed code. Grab the code and place into settings window. Does not appear to recognize the code. Is there a new setting that I need to change? Or is this a vimeo issue?

Example of code I’m using:

Hiya

I seem to remember we used to add the whole Vimeo URL.
I embed Vimeo videos just by adding the number (not the Vimeo url’s) and they work as expected.
Same with YouTube videos… just the number
