Can anyone send me links to impressive, commercial sites built by Blocs?
Impressive can be subjective, but these should help.
Edit: @Eldar did you remove a bunch of sites ?
I am rebuilding the website from scratch. Previous version had 150 blocs websites, but last month I noticed that about 20% were offline or made with another tools. So, I need to recheck every single one again.
I quickly put together the new website with a few 100% Blocs made websites, but didn’t have time yet to check all old websites. Hopefully, later this month.
Thanks very much!
I agree with @Blocs_User , impressive is subjective. Here are a couple that I feel are professional:
this one still in staging:
Maybe “current and pushing the boundaries of the Blocs platform” would have been better…
Your examples are great, thx.
BTW these sites are all Wordpress site and the theme was 100% Blocs. No special plugins, except for one that has the Ecwid shop.
I just finished building a WordPress theme for https://langsvlaamsewegen.be, purely built in Blocs. Since there’s a lot of content in the site (10+ years of posts), focus was on it being fast rather than fancy.
Check my site, 100% made with blocs without any add-ons or extra code
Super, like that.
Do you find that dark sites are trending?
Yes and no , it depends on your client or project needs and the style of the brand you are comunicating
I’m a 78 year old business owner, I build my own site with blocs, nothing fancy as I don’t have time nor inclination to master the niceties that are on offer. However, if you earn by building sites I’d say you can get very complex results, but I think complexity can get in way of the message
My site is https://certifiedsharpeners.co.uk/
It produces more than enough work for me, I am somewhat parochial with a very niche business. I usually refresh the site over the winter holidays.
At a guess I use around 20% of blocs capabilities, it’s easy to use and no doubt could, with some dedication, make mind blowing presentations
That’s great to hear, and a great site for having limited knowledge. Love seeing things like this.
My only observation was that the nav items open a new window each time you click on them, which is annoying to me, but that’s personal preference.
Thanks for sharing.
