Favicon not showing in Edge Browser searches?

Hi all,

Just noticed when I search for one of my blocs websites in Edge browser, the website appears in the search but the favicon icon is not showing.

Now I do get my favicon on all other main browsers, just not edge!

Then I checked several other websites I have done in Blocs and not one favicon! - then I did a test on several websites from here from users and not one single favicon in the search results pages.

Is there any reason why?..Blocs had a fall out with Microsoft due to being Apple on ? . :rofl:

Blocs is a little lacking here. Favicon’s are more involved really.

Use a Favicon Generator like the following (there are lots of them), to get everything you need. Including the markup to add to your header.

Where are you searching? Bing?

aha ! yeah looks like Bing. Never thought to check but yeah Bing opens as default.

Google in Edge the favicon works…so it’s a Bing Thing!
