Fix Bug When Adding Item to Bloc Library

Whenever I try to capitalize any words in the title for a new item added to the Bloc library, an image is inserted into Bloc which then remains with that Bloc. Not capitalizing while naming an item prevents this.

And, I also discovered that if I tried to delete the offending item it would not only be removed from the Library but also delete the same Bloc from the page it had initially been copied from.

Great if these issues could be rectified.
