That’s using clamp(); as a responsive font re-sizer. I think @Bill uses this in his FAQ Pro bric?
The devs of Bootstrap also have a project called RFS

If I had the knowledge you have, I would definitely show you some examples. I mainly showed that to you experts. 
Yup, I’m using it in my new FAQ Pro bric & also in my next new bric coming soon. It’s a really nice feature that resizes text automatically - no more setting text sizes for each device size
