I’m just starting out with this. I haven’t built a site in, oh… 18 years, so I’ really rusty. That damn thing on the bottom, which you can’t remove, I want my company logo on the left and the address and contact info on the right. And it ain’t letting me do that!
That’s a global area (one at the top and one at the bottom common to all pages). In between is the dynamic area which changes from page to page.
There will be a few ways to do this, one being using a flex class on the container and playing with the spacing options.
The other adding a bloc with 2 columns, aligning your logo to the left and the address to the right.
I’m sure there are more ways, but that’s just off the top of my head.

When you open Blocs there is an “Academy” at the buttom of the welcome screen.
