Follow Link for LinkedIn Issue

Does anyone know what details I have to enter in the attached space for the link to take me to a specific profile page on LinkedIn? I have tried copy and pasting the URL but that doesn’t work. I have also tried entering the username also no success.

All I get is an error message from LinkedIn saying page or profile not available but it works with a link directly of URL.

What do I need to do to get the same view from the follow link?

Thanks for trying to help. I have found the issue. The follow icons only allow to link to a personal profile. I need to link to a company page profile? Norm is this possible?

Oh right, I actually just noticed from the screen shot that’s it’s only asking for a name, sorry my mistake, I haven’t used the bric.
