Hey Blocs Brics fans,
Weather widgets are having a major comeback lately, but every option we found was either an ugly branded with a 2010 looks iframe or wanted an API key and a subscription. So we built one properly, as a native Bric, and I’m giving it away 
: WeatherPro is completely free for all Blocs users.
What it does
A clean, modern live weather card on any page: current temperature, conditions, wind, humidity, plus an optional 3 to 5 day forecast. It updates live in the visitor’s browser and caches results for 15 minutes so it stays light.
The best part: zero setup
WeatherPro uses Open-Meteo (the open-source weather service), so there is no API key, no account and no monthly fee. Add the Bric, type your latitude and longitude (there is a lookup button in the sidebar), preview. That’s it, live weather.
There is also an Auto-Detect option: one checkbox and each visitor sees the weather where THEY are (standard browser permission prompt, your fixed location as fallback). No cookies, no tracking.
Styling
It’s a native Bric, so it matches your design: background, text and accent colours (Global Swatches supported), corner radius, shadow, a frosted glass mode that looks great over hero photos, horizontal or vertical layout, Full or Compact sizes, °C or °F, km/h or mph, and you can hide any data point. From a full forecast card down to just an icon and a temperature. Icons are hand-drawn SVG line icons mapped from the official WMO weather codes.
